"Where Opportunities Meet Capital"

BlueTree Allied Angels is a regional group of accredited investors who invest in regional early-stage companies. This members-only organization is designed to operate as a network of private equity investors who meet on a monthly basis to evaluate and consider pre-institutional, early-stage investments.

The organization provides the structure to aggregate money, knowledge and experience of the membership. Leveraging the members knowledge and experience helps mitigate investment risk, thus strengthening the probability of investment success. Although the membership works together as a group to efficiently and effectively evaluate investment opportunities, each member makes his/her own individual decisions to invest.

Why Be In A Group?

Angel groups form in order to deal with the growing demands and complexity of angel investing, and seek to achieve higher returns on their investments.
Organized angel groups are better prepared to conduct thorough due diligence a major variable in the pursuit of higher returns.
Angels offer far more than financing for the portfolio companies. They add value by sharing expertise and contacts, by coaching and mentoring, and by advising operationally.
Angel investors themselves receive more than formal association with fellow investors from membership in an organized group they get camaraderie, an opportunity to share experiences and a forum for socializing.
A widening capital gap between individual and institutional venture capital investors has created a need and an opportunity for pooled investments
