Local speech recognition tech company partners with global call center company

Voci Technologies, a Pittsburgh-based company that provides automated speech recognition technologies, announced Thursday that it had entered into a partnership with a global provider of call centers.
The Results Companies is based in Florida but has call centers all over the globe. The partnership will bring Voci's transcription and analytics technologies to the Results Companies many call centers.
“Over the past 10 years, Voci has been developing tools to power the contact center of the future," Voci CEO Michael Coney said in a statement. "This important partnership enables us to move into that future, today.”
Through the partnership, the Results Companies will be developing a comprehensive call center analytics solution called MyAnalytics that it said would increase sales and improve the customer experience. MyAnalytics will be created with the assistance of Voci Technologies. Alec Brecker, CEO of the Results Companies, said his company decided to partner with Voci after considering other options due to Voci's "best in class enterprise speech transcription platform" that would allow of a strong alignment of the company's business strategy and the functionality of its core systems.
