Catherine Mott is the founder of BlueTree Capital Group, BlueTree Allied Angels, and the BlueTree Venture Fund located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Sreekar Gadde, the Executive Director for BlueTree Allied Angels, leverages his background in engineering, law, and business to identify and analyze early-stage companies for potential investment opportunities.  In addition, he assists management teams of early- and mid-stage companies in developing an IP strategy that complements the company’s business strategy. 

As Chairman of the Life Science Deal Flow Committee, Larry leverages his strong network and background to actively seek out promising deals and guide BlueTree’s deal screening process for all life science companies.  In addition to his work at BlueTree, Larry serves as an Executive in Residence at Innovation Works.

Darrin Grove, Founder and CEO of TrueFit, is a native Pittsburgher with a passion for innovation, technology, and values-based leadership. Darrin founded TrueFit on the core values of being principled, collaborative, empowering, and serving the common good.

Ray serves as BlueTree’s Membership Committee Chairman.

As the Chairman of Deal Flow for BlueTree, Don collaborates with BlueTree’s committees to identify quality deal flow, invite new investors and partners to the group, manage our meetings and help our portfolio companies to grow and reach their full potential.
